The Deputy Leader of the Opposition and Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade will travel to Timor-Leste and Singapore this week.
Ms Bishop will meet with Prime Minister Xanana Gusmão, Foreign Minister Jose Luis Guterres and other senior officials. She will also undertake visits to development projects funded by AusAID.
Ms Bishop will then travel to Singapore where she will meet with Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Foreign Affairs K Shanmugam and other senior government Ministers.
She will also hold meetings with the business community in Singapore.
